One of the UK's most experienced operators in regulated custody. Ian was CEO of Third Financial Software Limited, leading the group through a period of significant growth to its sale in 2024. He has held SMF1 (CEO), SMF2 (Executive Director), and historical CASS oversight and MLRO functions.

A technology entrepreneur and investor. Ed co-founded Grafton Capital which deployed ~£160m into growth stage technology firms and Ed also founded a PropTech startup, HomeViews, which was sold to Rightmove Plc in 2024. Grafton Capital was majority controller of Third Financial through to its sale in 2024, where he served as a director. An FCA-approved person and qualified solicitor.

An experienced CASS Chairman with over 30 years in financial services. David previously chaired the board of Third Platform Services and has held senior risk oversight roles in custody businesses. As an FCA-approved Chair (SMF9), he leads governance and oversees client-asset protection.

An experienced technologist who worked on custody system architecture and operations at Third Platform Services. Nick leads software development and IT operations, bringing hands-on knowledge of building scalable, secure systems for custodial use cases.

A seasoned compliance professional who designed and built the compliance and AML framework at Third Platform Services from the ground up. Prior FCA approvals as Compliance Oversight (SMF16) and MLRO (SMF17), with deep expertise in CASS, SYSC and financial-crime regulation.

Brendan brings experience in secure, scalable platform development, and is focused on building the systems that power WealthVector.

Responsible for strategic client relationships and platform delivery. Ed brings extensive experience from a leading Model B platform provider, where he ran client services, managing key client accounts and overseeing the client experience. At WealthVector he owns the relationships with our clients, shaping the platform around their needs and ensuring each one has a partner who understands their business.

Valuable experience in client support and reporting from a leading custody platform. Claire provides responsive, knowledgeable assistance to client firms.

A senior developer with deep expertise in building robust financial systems. Matt plays a key role in developing WealthVector's core platform infrastructure.

Prabjot brings strong technical skills to the engineering team, contributing to the development of reliable, secure custody technology.

Rachel assists the board with the internal WealthVector operations.

Focused on building scalable systems for the custodial platform, ensuring performance and reliability across the technology stack.

Extensive experience in custody operations management from leading platforms, investment banks and wealth managers, supported by strong professional qualifications. Abby oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance across all client activity.

Alex leverages a background in engineering, mathematical finance, and systems design to build key functionality across the WealthVector platform.

With a background spanning back-office operations and product development, Ben joins WealthVector, having previously headed up a platform consultancy team. He knows how things work at the sharp end, and how to turn client requests into reality.
